Service Guarantee

How you treat your hair is important to retaining lasting results. We are unable to guarantee such results if you use unsuitable hair products or swim regularly.

We can guarantee our technical services 100%, as long as you use a Keune home hair care regime.

If for some reason you are unhappy with a service we have provided, please contact us within 7 days of your service so that we can set your mind at ease.

Appt Policy

We appreciate:

  • You arriving on time for your appointment to prevent other clients being delayed for their services.
  • That you please let us know as soon as possible, if you are unable to make your appointment, so that another client can fill that time slot.
  • That you will understand that continually missed appointments or no shows will require an upfront deposit at the time of booking for all future appointments.
  • That you will arrive with clean hair that has been shampooed in the previous 24hrs, is well groomed and be free from product and knots. Otherwise extra charges may apply.
